Everything about this amazing. The rococo grandeur of the dress and... hair, the detail on all the scales -- actually all the details, really -- the coy expression and makeup. Really amazing.

The washed out colors are wonderful. . .the fog effect gives it a sense of time. . .Are those those Peonies? If so, wonderful transition between the Victorian and the Chinese dragon. All in all amazing composition. . .
